Welcome to the website of Melisa Bešić. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Reservations and Payment
A reservation is considered confirmed after you receive confirmation via email or phone. We reserve the right to request a deposit for confirmation, especially during high season.
2. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the planned arrival. For cancellations within 7 days, we reserve the right to charge part or all of the reservation amount.
3. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: from 2:00 PM
- Check-out: until 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is possible only by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
4. House Rules
Guests are required to respect the house rules, which include maintaining quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is allowed only on balconies and outdoor areas.
5. Liability
Melisa Bešić does not assume responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings of guests within the apartment. Guests are responsible for any damage to apartment inventory during their stay.
